I'm a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and founder of Tender Hearts, and primarily, I'm here for you.​

I will listen to you with an open heart, hold you and your story with tenderness, and guide you through this time in your life.

I offer a gentle approach to online therapy for anxiety, depression, and life transitions, to name a few, all from the comfort of your own enviroment.

My Approach
For the past nine years, I've worn many hats: perpetual student, Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and group facilitator, navigating both the public and private therapeutic realms. Now I work solely online in my private practice with clients from the UK and across the world.

In a nutshell; each therapy session works towards guiding my clients to feel more content and grounded in their day-to-day life, rather than going through the motions and never really feeling fully present.
I draw on a variety of evidence-based techniques and tools, and tailor my approach to the specific needs of each individual and their unique needs - my therapy is not a one-size-fits-all.

I take my time to get to know you and to allow you to settle into a rhythm that feels good, providing a supportive space for you to explore everything sacred and fragile that you are holding right now. We do this from the comfort of your own space, one step at a time.

My Expertise
In my work, I dive into the complexities and nuances of the human experience, addressing challenges like anxiety, depression, self-worth, stress, loneliness, meaninglessness/ purposelessness, and relationship/ attachment complexities. I specialise in holding space for the intricacies of highly sensitive personalities, the menstrual cycle, PMS, and major life transitions, such as grief, heartbreak, trauma, or burnout.

As your therapist, I am committed to creating a collaborative relationship together in therapy. Essentially, I am here to get to know you... not a diagnosis, a label, or who you feel you should be.
I will work with you to identify the parts of yourself that are important to you as we chart a path toward a more hopeful future. I promise to wholly listen and support you, providing a space for you and all the parts of yourself, even the ones you don't like that much (yet!).
I hope that through therapy you feel more capable and confident to implement the changes that will lead to the kind of life you have been yearning for, developing the skills and tools to stay with you for a lifetime.
